Do you work remotely or in-person?
I’m based in inner-city Melbourne but work with clients across Australia. Happy to meet in person if you’re local, or work entirely remotely if that suits better.
What’s your availability?
Typically within 1-2 weeks for initial conversations. Project timelines vary depending on scope.
Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?
Yes. Location isn’t an issue for most of what I do.
What size businesses do you work with?
Primarily small businesses, sole traders, and businesses that can’t justify a full-time marketing person. Having said that I have extensive experience across all size businesses so best to chat about what you need.
What’s your pricing?
My hourly rate is AUD145 per hour plus GST. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Where possible, I will provide an estimate on expected cost and time. I provide clear reporting on time spent on tasks and only bill for the time taken.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No – my commitment depends entirely on what you need. If you need ad-hoc support I can provide support when you need it. If you need ongoing support we can structure an arrangement accordingly. For project-based work there is usually a period of time agreed upon for project delivery and a window post-project for warranty.
